Beth is a high performance executive with a distinguished record of directing and improving financial and operational functions as both a CFO and a COO over the past 25 years. She is decisive and highly strategic in evaluating, identifying and executing the right options to drive company valuation – whether increasing revenue streams; controlling costs or increasing market share through strategic acquisitions and/or joint ventures. Her expertise also includes financing and acquisition management and capital raisings.
She has extensive experience in high-growth private companies, turnarounds and international firms; and is known for developing teams that consistently exceed expectations. She is experienced at developing and implementing operating plans for media, entertainment, retail and technology based industries.
Beth earned her MBA in Finance & Strategic Planning at Columbia University, New York, NY and her BBA at George Washington University, Washington, DC.
Cameron is a Southern California native with more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations. He brings extensive expertise in financial planning & analysis, implementing improved financial and operating systems and controls, cash management, cost reduction, and contract negotiations.
He has worked extensively in the start-up to mid-market companies and has significant experience in the international retail sector as CFO for both the Russian apparel company KP Fashion and as CFO for AllSaints North America. Other industries which he has a breath of experience include technology and entertainment.
Cameron earned his MBA in Finance at Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA and his BA at University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.
Brent has more than 15 years of financial and operational expertise in apparel, technology, and ecommerce. With vast experience across finance, accounting, branding, ecommerce, operations and strategic planning, his passion over the last several years has been partnering with start-up brands to successfully launch their business concepts and develop solid infrastructures.
He has held positions at apparel companies including: J-Brand, Lucky Brand Jeans, EVER, The Clymb and has been a consulting CFO to Reformation, Vital Hemp and Groceries Apparel that are all in the sustainable goods space and focus on local job growth.
Brent earned his BA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
